Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the agency. This includes generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and bring new business to the agency
– Identify and target key industries and companies for potential business opportunities
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and email campaigns
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns
– Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the agency
– Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to demonstrate the agency’s capabilities and services
– Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update the CRM system
– Meet or exceed sales targets set by the agency
– Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
– Proven sales experience in software development or related industry
– Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
– Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
